#4Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is a form of vibrational healing, which aims to harmonize the mind, body and spirit connection. Once our cells are in harmony and balance there is health, peace and vitality. Once there is a state of dissonance it can lead to dis-ease which needs to be tuned back into alignment. The same applies to thought patterns and emotions, which can overtake the space in our being, creating blockages and lack of clarity.

Sound Therapy has very positive effects for people suffering with stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, recovering from illness, muscular tension, eating disorders, IBS, chronic pain. Healing sounds and frequencies, which are used during the sound sessions, come from Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Sansula, Koschi Chimes and Voice toning.

Integral Sound Healing Process was developed by Tony Nec the founder and principle of Sound Healing Academy in UK and worldwide. It is effective healing modality where different sounds and intervals are played to help the body release the blockages and create space for feeling of peace and calmness. The process incorporates ancient wisdom and modern science to best serve current symptoms and causes of imbalances.

“I can highly recommend Kamila. She is professional in what she is doing and very heart opened. During the session she is blending sound and her loving presence creating safe space and a truly heart warming experience. It is also worth to mention that Kamila is a great listener, making you feel that she is there for you, which is so important during holistic session.” Marcin S.

Sound Healing itself is an ancient practice known by many different cultures around the globe. Tibetan monks were using Tibetan Singing Bowls and chanting during meditation and ceremonies to access altered states of consciousness and cultivate clarity of mind. In African and Native-American Indian traditions, drumming is a form of celebrating the unity and spirit as well as a way to cultivate joy and high levels of energy. It can create trance-like states of consciousness, balancing both hemispheres in the brain and opening the intuition. Gongs are one of the oldest instruments deriving from Southeast Asia. The pure, healing sound waves penetrate deeply and help to break free from old patterns.

During Sound Therapy sessions the therapist creates a balanced and relaxed space. Following the consultation the intention for the session is set. The therapist uses different instruments to locate the blockages and imbalances in the body. Further different sound frequencies are applied on the body and around the body of the client. It is a deeply transformational experience.
